VetLink Solutions Settlement

In June 2026, the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County entered a Consent Judgment between the Arizona Attorney General and White Tanks Group LLC, doing business as VetLink Solutions, and its principals. This Consent Judgment resolved the Attorney General’s lawsuit alleging that from approximately January 2019 through March 13, 2024, VetLink Solutions violated the Arizona Consumer Fraud Act. The Arizona Attorney General alleged that VetLink Solutions falsely advertised its services and unlawfully charged disabled veterans contingency fees for assistance with VA disability claims without being a recognized Veterans Service Organization (VSO) or having the required legal accreditation.  VetLink Solutions paid $1,200,000 into a consumer restitution fund available to eligible consumers as a condition of the Consent Judgment.

You may be an eligible consumer if you are a veteran who paid consulting fees to VetLink Solutions for assistance with a disability claim between January 2019 and March 13, 2024.
