PHOENIX – Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that on December 16, 2022 the Lake Havasu City Police Department arrested 40 year old Parker-Lake Havasu City area resident, Jose Andres Lopez. The arrest of Lopez was made to assist the Arizona Attorney General’s Office following Lopez’s indictment by the Arizona State Grand Jury on 48 criminal charges that included 4 counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices. The next court activity in this criminal case is a Status Hearing scheduled for May 1, 2023 before the Honorable Derek Carlisle in the Arizona Superior Court in Mohave County.
