Arizona Attorney General’s Office Announces Mohave County Arrest and Requests Witness Assistance

PHOENIX – Attorney General Kris Mayes announced that on December 16, 2022 the Lake Havasu City Police Department arrested 40 year old Parker-Lake Havasu City area resident, Jose Andres Lopez. The arrest of Lopez was made to assist the Arizona Attorney General’s Office following Lopez’s indictment by the Arizona State Grand Jury on 48 criminal charges that included 4 counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices.  A full copy of the indictment is linked below.
 
The next court activity in this criminal case is a Status Hearing scheduled for May 1, 2023 before the Honorable Derek Carlisle in the Arizona Superior Court in Mohave County.
 
The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is seeking the assistance of persons who may have received health care services delivered by Jose Andres Lopez at the Institute for Male Health and Performance in Lake Havasu City. Specifically, if you have been medically treated by Jose Andres Lopez (who may have used the title “Dr. Joseph Lopez”) please contact the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Health Care Fraud and Abuse Section in Prescott, AZ at 928-778-7463.
