Sunrun Consent Agreement

Our Office recently settled with Sunrun and entered into a Consent Agreement that was approved by the court on May 22, 2025. The settlement provides eligible consumers with options to obtain restitution, repairs, and/or service contract modification from Sunrun.

Eligible consumers must file a complaint with Sunrun via email delivered to [email protected]. You may also reach a customer service representative with Sunrun at (855) 478-6786. Sunrun’s website with further contact information is https://www.sunrun.com/contact-us.

If your complaint is not about the settlement, but rather involves a new issue with Sunrun Inc. or Vivint Solar, please provide additional information and documentation about the issues, either by fax or email to [email protected], and include your complaint number noted above.
