PHOENIX - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced today that over 1,300 Arizonans who purchased home warranty services from Amazon Home Warranty, LLC (AHW) will receive restitution as a result of a consent judgment his office (AGO) obtained against AHW.

PHOENIX -- Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is expanding his lawsuit to stop the Biden administration’s unconstitutional COVID-19 vaccine mandates for federal contractors and employees. PHOENIX --- Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is leading a coalition of 16 state attorneys general in an amicus brief supporting free speech rights of small business owners. In Scardina v. Shred-A-Thon and Prescription Drug Take-Back Event this Weekend in Mesa

What: The Arizona Attorney General’s Office (AGO), Mesa Police Department, and Desert Ridge High School are hosting a FREE Shred-A-Thon and Prescription Drug Take-Back event this Saturday, November 20th, in Mesa. 

This is a no-contact event. Volunteers and participants will follow current CDC social distancing guidelines. The public will be asked to stay in their vehicle and to place documents in the trunk of their car prior to arriving.
