Ninth Circuit Grants Attorney General Brnovich's Request for a Stay of Mandate in DNC v. Hobbs

PHOENIX – The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has granted Attorney General Brnovich's motion to stay the Court's mandate in the DNC v. Hobbs case. Today's order ensures Arizona's ban on ballot harvesting and the law regarding out-of-precinct voting will remain in place until the U.S. Supreme Court has a chance to hear the appeal of the case.

PHOENIX – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a State Grand Jury indicted Randolph Ezrre, of Rio Rico, with Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, and 11 counts of Filing a False Tax Return for allegedly failing to pay transaction privilege tax, also known as sales tax, on used car sales in 2017 and 2018.
