AG Brnovich: Lawless Denim to Refund Customers

PHOENIX – Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced a settlement with former Phoenix clothing retailer Lawless Denim.  In a consent judgment, Lawless Denim will provide up to $20,000 in refunds to customers who did not receive merchandise ordered from Lawless Denim or its successor company, LD & Co.

PHOENIX - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced today that Arizonans who own so-called "clean diesel" Volkswagen and Audi cars will now be eligible to receive thousands of dollars in compensation from a federal class action settlement to resolve emissions cheating claims.

SCAM ALERT: Home Security System Scams

PHOENIX –  Attorney General Mark Brnovich is warning Arizonans to be aware of door-to-door home alarm security scams.  The scam involves using deceptive sales tactics and misleading statements to get consumers to sign up for home alarm contracts or switch home alarm monitoring services.
