Man Sentenced to Prison for Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor

PHOENIX – Attorney General Brnovich announced today that Ryan Hoberg was sentenced to 6 years in prison, followed by lifetime supervised probation with all sex offender and computer usage terms upon his physical discharge from the Arizona Department of Corrections after previously having pled guilty to two counts of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, a class 3 felony and Dangerous Crime Against Children. Hoberg was indicted in June of 2021 and accused of receiving sexually exploitive material of children.

This case was investigated by Homeland Security Investigation.

The case was prosecuted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Fraud and Special Prosecution’s Section.
