Attorney General Brnovich Stands Up to Protect Arizona Voters

PHOENIX –  Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich is asking voters who encounter any intimidating persons or circumstances at ballot drop boxes to immediately report it to local police. This comes after initial reports that groups of people, some of them armed and dressed in tactical-type gear, were encountered by voters delivering their early ballots.

“Any form of voter intimidation is absolutely unacceptable and will not be tolerated,” said Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “Regardless of intent, this type of misguided behavior is contrary to both the laws and values of our state.”

If anyone feels they are in immediate danger, they should call 911. The public is also encouraged to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General’s Election Integrity Unit here.
