Attorney General Brnovich Continues Leading Charge to Save Title 42

PHOENIX – Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a reply application for a stay this morning for Title 42 at the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).

“We must take action because the Biden administration refuses to do its job,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich.  “We have to maintain some level of sanity and safety at our southern border.”

On Monday, SCOTUS granted our request for an administrative stay. The federal government had until 5 p.m. Tuesday to reply.

Title 42, which has been used by the Trump and Biden administrations more than 2.4 million times, was set to expire today.
