Attorney General Brnovich Announces Former Peoria Police Officer's Association President and Treasurer Indicted for Theft

PEORIA – Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced that 33-year-old Mitchell Fuller of Peoria, and 46-year-old Cameron Lebbon of Anthem, have each been indicted with 2 felony counts of Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, and Theft from the Peoria Police Officer’s Association (PPOA). The alleged offenses are Class 2 felony offenses.

The indictment alleges that Fuller and Lebbon took funds from the PPOA for their own personal use. As the former Treasurer of the PPOA, Fuller is alleged to have taken $34,000 and former PPOA President Lebbon is alleged to have taken $15,700.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Assistant Attorney General Tom Maksemous is prosecuting the case.

This case was investigated by the Special Investigations Section of the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and is being prosecuted by the Arizona Attorney General’s Office’s Fraud and Special Prosecutions section.
