Veterans should be aware of where to get legal aid in order to address legal concerns that affect their benefits, housing, work rights, and general well-being. Veterans who have access to legal aid are guaranteed to receive the support and advocacy they need to successfully navigate legal obstacles and defend their rights.

The University of Arizona offers aid to veterans as well. Students have the opportunity to help current and former military service members with legal issues through the Veterans' Advocacy Law Clinic at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. This includes representing these individuals before local Veterans Courts and on administrative cases, as well as working on policy issues related to military service.
