Mediation Participant Evaluation

Please read and select the appropriate box for each question according to the scale below.

Before Mediation:

1. The mediation program staff was helpful in explaining the mediation process.
2. The mediation was scheduled in a timely manner.

During Mediation:

1. The mediators remained neutral.
2. The mediators gave each party the opportunity to express their concerns.
3. Overall, I was satisfied with the way the mediation was conducted.

If You Reached An Agreement:

1. Your mediation agreement is realistic and workable.
2. Your mediator helped you and the other part reach an agreement, but did not force you to enter into it.
3. You are satisfied with the agreement reached.
