Paralegal Internship- Child Support Services

The Attorney General's Office Child and Family Protection Division, Child Support Services Section is seeking paralegal interns for the fall and spring semester for our Chandler office.  This section represents the Department of Child Support Services (“DCSS”) in litigation of IV-D child support cases.  The Child Support Services Section engages in a litigation-focused practice, handling thousands of legal actions each year.  Common cases may involve establishing paternity and establishing, modifying and enforcing child support orders, as well as high-profile and complex issues

We encourage all current paralegal studies students and recent graduates to apply.  Internship positions at the Attorney General's Office (AGO) are designed to give participants exposure to the AGO work environment, including opportunities to observe and assist in legal proceedings and assume some of the same responsibilities as our full-time personnel.

Due to State budget constraints, only unpaid internships are available.  Full-time and part-time internships are available.
