CY2017 Request for Proposal (RFP) - Outside Counsel Services SUPPLEMENT is now available
Interested parties should follow the instructions in the attached RFP announcement. All solicitations are due no later than March 30, 2017 (Local Arizona Time). Any response received after this time will not be accepted. All questions should be directed to (602) 542-8030 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Contracts awarded will be effective until December 31, 2017 on an "as needed, if needed basis." No guarantee is made that any work will be assigned. Any solicitation amendments will be posted below and are the bidder's responsibility.
This RFP is to supplement the previously awarded RFP, AG17-0001. Firms awarded contracts for Calendar Year 2017, need not respond unless you require changes to your existing contract, such as updating areas of law, firm name changes or wish to add personnel. Hourly rate increases or changes to contract terms will not be considered.
General Outside Counsel Services
The Office of the Attorney General normally advertises a Request for Proposal (RFP) once per year for Outside Counsel Services in accordance with A.R.S. §41-2538.
Contracts are awarded for a one year period on an "as needed, if needed basis." No guarantee is made that any work will be assigned.
The RFP is usually announced in the fall of each year. Current RFP Announcements, when available, will be posted to this site.
