Attorney General to visit Florence for Dispute Resolution Training on Wednesday

(Phoenix, Arizona—May 13, 2003) Attorney General Terry Goddard will be in Florence tomorrow for a training session for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), a program of the Attorney General’s Office. He will be at the training site, the Florence School District Office, 350 S. Main St., at 3:00 p.m.

Governor Janet Napolitano recently proclaimed May 12-16 as Arizona Alternative Dispute Resolution Week for the state.

ADR has gained acceptance through the state and nation as an alternative to litigation. Disputes resolved through ADR result in solutions that can be better than court ordered resolutions and are less time consuming and costly.
