Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich to File Lawsuit to Stop Biden Administration’s Private Employer COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

PHOENIX -- Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced he will file a lawsuit Friday morning once Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules are officially published that will mandate COVID-19 vaccine requirements for private employers with more than 100 or more employees.

“When faceless government bureaucrats dictate what you must inject into your body, that’s the furthest thing in the world from a safe workplace,” said Attorney General Mark Brnovich. “The government doesn’t get to be your nanny, and it’s certainly not your doctor.”

In addition, General Brnovich filed the first lawsuit in the country in September against the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandates for federal employees and federal contractors. General Brnovich is asking the court to grant a temporary restraining order to halt the mandates from going into place. A hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday morning. Read more.
