John was my top choice for Solicitor General and he’s been a faithful public servant and an ardent defender of the law. John’s background prosecuting public corruption, immigration, organized crime, and narcotics cases provides a unique perspective that will be an invaluable asset to this bench. While we are sad to lose such an exceptional Solicitor General, his appointment to the Arizona Supreme Court is a win for our great state."
