  • PHOENIX - Attorney General Mark Brnovich announced his office will defend an Arizona law that prevents state-funded contractors from boycotting Israel. Brnovich filed a Motion to Dismiss in Jordahl v. et al arguing Arizona’s law was enacted to prevent national origin discrimination.
  • PHOENIX - Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Truckers Against Trafficking, the Arizona Trucking Association, Albertsons, and Help Inc., are proud to announce a new partnership to help rescue victims of human trafficking. More than 25,000 rescue stickers will be placed on semi-trucks throughout Arizona to encourage victims of human trafficking to call or text for help. January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month.

  • PHOENIX - Attorney General Mark Brnovich filed a letter brief urging a federal court in California to reject an imbalanced class action settlement relating to Wilson & DeMarini softball bats that would give the class action lawyers in the case the majority of the settlement and leave consumers taking home only coupons of questionable value.

The Freedom Drivers Project, the first-of-its-kind mobile exhibit, will also be on display to help educate the public and members of the trucking industry about the realities of human trafficking and how the trucking industry is combating it. January is Human Trafficking Prevention Month.
