(Phoenix, Ariz. – Feb. 19, 2010) Attorney General Terry Goddard will host a program of criminal justice training for 60 prosecutors and investigators from Mexico on Monday. In 2008, Mexico passed constitutional reforms paving the way for a transition from the Country’s traditional judicial written system to oral trials similar to the United States’ judicial system.
