This position investigates and prosecutes racketeering, including fraud, white collar crime, money laundering, narcotics and other ongoing and organized criminal conduct. You will represent the State in civil litigation in the enforcement of the civil racketeering and forfeiture provisions of Arizona statutes, advising and assisting investigations, conducting civil discovery, drafting briefs and memoranda, and presenting evidence, briefs and argument to juries and courts.
