Types of Procurement Solicitations:
State of Arizona purchases over $50,000 are competed through the State of Arizona’s formal solicitation process. There are two formal solicitation processes. Invitation For Bid (IFB) awarded under the provisions of A.R.S. §41-2533 and Request For Proposals (RFP) awarded under the provisions of A.R.S. §41-2534. Purchases between $10,000 and $50,000 are solicited through the State of Arizona’s informal solicitation process. These solicitations are awarded under the provisions of A.R.S. §41-2535 and are advertised on the following site: http://www.azspo.az.gov/Solicitations/Cata1.asp

DIFFERING DOCUMENTS: The Solicitation on file in the AGO Procurement Office shall have precedence over any differing documents. Changes to this Request for Proposal shall be without effect unless proposed in accordance with the Uniform and Special Instruction Sections of this Solicitation and specifically accepted by the Arizona Office of the Attorney General.
SOLICITATION AMENDMENTS: It is the responsibility of the Offeror to check this site for any amendments before submitting an Offer to the Arizona Office of the Attorney General. When a potential Offeror downloads this solicitation document, the Office of the Attorney General is unable to identify and notify the potential Offeror of any amendments to the solicitation, therefore, prior to submitting a bid/proposal/quotation, the Offeror is responsible to either access http://www.azag.gov/RFP and download any and all amendments to the solicitation, or contact the Solicitation Contact Person, identified on Page 1 of the solicitation document to determine if there are any amendments.

Offers for the services specified will be received by the Arizona Office of the Attorney General, Contracts and Procurement at the specified location until the time and date cited in each solicitation. Offers received by the correct time and date will be opened and the name of each Offeror will be publicly read. Offers must be in the actual possession of the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, Procurement Office, on or prior to the Solicitation Due Date and Time, and at the location indicated above. Late offers shall not be considered.
Offers must be submitted in a sealed package with the Solicitation number and the Offeror's name and address clearly indicated on the package. Additional instructions for preparing an Offer are provided in the Uniform and Special Instructions to Offeror as contained within each Solicitation.
