Luke Air Force Base

The State of Arizona and the Adjutant General of Arizona have filed a lawsuit in Maricopa County Superior Court asking the Court to require Maricopa County to take steps required by state law to protect Luke Air Force Base, Luke Aux 1 and Gila Bend Air Force Auxiliary Field from further development.
