Attorney General CLE Offerings
To assist our attorneys in completing their mandatory 15 hours of continuing legal education each year (including three hours of ethics), the Attorney General's Office offers various CLE programs throughout the year. These programs are open to other attorneys employed in State government on a space available basis. Upcoming programs include:
Legal Writing Tips: A Judge's Perspective - 01/27/12

- This seminar will include keys to clarity and comprehension, practical tips for improving your writing and developing good writing habits, persuasive legal writing techniques, and a unique judicial perspective.
Presenter:
- The Honorable Randall H. Warner was appointed as a Judge in the Maricopa County Superior Court by Governor Janet Napolitano in August 2007 and took the bench on October 1, 2007. Judge Warner graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1992, after which he clerked for Justice Thomas A. Zlaket of the Arizona Supreme Court and then entered private practice. Throughout his career, Judge Warner developed primarily an appellate practice, frequently arguing before the Ninth Circuit, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. At the time of his appointment, Judge Warner was a partner in the firm of Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, LLC.
